Being that they are self contained and turnkey they arrive ready to produce fuel with no assembly required. With the optional diesel generator they can operate anywhere, even off grid. They are located in an enclosed trailer thus mitigating any fire risk, keeping smells and spills contained and can be relocated with ease. They are industrial grade machines constructed to operate around the clock producing a “drop in” replacement fuel anywhere in the world. Mobile Biodiesel Refineries^tm

We first introduced mobile biodiesel refineries in 2008. Early into the introduction phase we made the difficult decision to stop production and return to the drawing board. The motivation to reengineer our mobile processors was twofold. First, we immediately realized that we had discovered a profound niche in the biodiesel refining market that offered enormous global potential. This brought us to the conclusion that it was in the best interest of MBT Inc. to create a safer, more user-friendly machine capable of producing larger quantities of fuel. Second, understanding that knock-offs and imitations would be entering this untapped market, we decided to invest heavily into researching and developing the latest technologies while simultaneously incorporating industrial quality components and construction throughout our top of the line Mobile Refineries. What we have created simply has no peers. These units can produce vast amounts of premium biodiesel with very little labor and are engineered to handle even the heaviest of production demands.
Recognizing the urgent demand and need for just such technology we are now offing these extraordinary machines to the world market.

Our Mobile refineries are constructed of the highest quality materials available. The trailers are handmade in the U.S. and come with a standard 2 year warranty. The interior is finished using a solid sheet linoleum floor with vinyl walls and ceiling. All our trailers come with complete electrical wiring, extra outlets and florescent lights. Our one of a kind semi-automated control panel is extremely user friendly and easy to maintain. The tanks and plumbing are made of heavy duty stainless steel and designed to handle industrial applications. We have pioneered a proprietary integrated methanol recovery system that has an efficiency of 93%. All ingredients and liquids move through our process via valves and machined quick connects allowing for maximum safety. The mobile refineries are designed to be the safest mid-sized processors available and come equipped with built-in automated fire suppression.
