A barebones processor to get your feet wet

The VBT-1200 mobile biodiesel processor can produce an average of 300 gallons of premium biodiesel every 5 days.
All the plumbing inside is ¾ inch galvanized pipe and heavy duty brass ball valves.
Easy to use control panel, inline valves, turbo vents, built in fire suppression.
All of our biodiesel processors employ our unique Split Batch System™ which separates the mixing and the washing stages, allowing for much shorter production time and less invested labor.
Each mobile biodiesel processor has a built in pumping station with an inline filter as well as a flow meter. This processor has an onboard compressor that drives an explosion-proof air pump to safely mix the catalyst within a steel tank.

Upon purchase, your Verde Biotrailer can be delivered or picked up at our assembly location in Northern Arizona.
