The most processor for the money

The VBT-2400 mobile biodiesel processor can produce an average of 600 gallons of premium biodiesel every 5 days.All the plumbing inside is ¾ inch galvanized pipe and heavy duty brass ball valves.
This mid-sized unit comes with a built in sink for easy clean-up as a cabinet for interior storage.
All of our biodiesel processors employ our unique Split Batch System™ which separates the mixing and the washing stages, allowing for much shorter production time and less invested labor.
Each mobile biodiesel processor has a built in pumping station with an inline filter as well as a flow meter. This mid-size processor has an onboard compressor that drives an explosion-proof air pump to safely mix the catalyst within a steel tank.

With Verde Biotrailers’ proprietary engineering and user-friendly process, thoroughly covered on the instructional DVD, your first batch of biodiesel will be ready for use in less than 30 hours. Upon purchase, your Verde Biotrailer can be delivered or picked up at our assembly location in Northern Arizona.
